JUNIOR POLICE ACADEMY
Do you have what it takes?!
The Midlothian Junior Police Academy offers young kids the opportunity to experience law enforcement basic training while strengthening the connection between youth and officers. The JPA is similar to the academies that adults attend to become sworn peace officers.
During each session, cadets will be introduced to physical training, defensive tactics, traffic safety, investigations, among other topics. JPA also encourages team building and problem solving.
At the end of the academy cadets participate in a graduation ceremony to acknowledge their hard work.
